10 years work experience preferably in BFSI, IT & Telecom Also, the overall experience must have minimum 5 years of experience in managing Cyber Security.

  • Computer Science
  • Computer Applications

  • Electronics & Instrumentations

3 years work experience from renowned Corporate/firm in IS Audit or Ethical Hacking. Key skills required are VAPT tools like Nessus, Ratine, SAINT and Kali Linux.

*Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirements for the post of Deputy Manager (IS Audit) are applicable as on 1st July 2017.

Vice President (Customer Analytics)

A candidate should have either of the following degrees:

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics from recognized university
  • MBA (Marketing/Finance/ Operations) or MCA from a recognized university

8 years of experience in Analytics in the BFSI sector.

Senior Manager (Product Specialist)

  • The candidate should be MBA from a recognized university
  • 5 years work experience in Banking Liability Products & Technology related areas in public/private/foreign bank.

Vice president (Complaints Management)

  • The candidate should be E / B.Tech from a Recognized University.
  • The candidate should be MBA in Marketing from a Recognized University.

Selection Process of SBI Recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers

SBI recruitment for both regular and contractual posts for specialist cadre officer consists of two phase of the selection process as shortlisting and interview.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on candidate’s qualification & experience. Candidates with more experience will be given preference.

The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for face to face Interview which may consist of multiple rounds. There are no specific qualifying marks for interview. The qualifying marks of the Interview will be decided by the Bank.

Salary – SBI Recruitment 2017

Salary of Regular Officials

  • DGM (Cyber Security) – Pay Scale of 68680 – 76520 per month
  • AGM (Cyber Security) – Pay Scale of 59170 – 66070 per month
  • Manager (IS Audit) – Pay Scale of Rs. 31705 – 45950 per month

All the officials will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Pension Fund and perquisites as admissible per the corresponding grade.

The total compensation per annum would be approximately Rs.40.20 lakhs for DGM (Cyber Security), Rs. 26.18 lakhs for AGM (Cyber Security) and Rs. 15.09 lakhs for Dy. Manager (IS Audit).

Salary of contractual positions

There is no fixed salary compensation for officials who will be on contract. It will be mutually negotiated between candidate and bank. The CTC will have fixed as well as variable components.
